Our dynamic and ambitious Planned Works Team have an opportunity for a driven professional to join us as Resident Liaison Officer/Administrator on a permanent basis.

 

As a Resident Liaison Officer/Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in providing in-service support to our Planned Works Team. You'll guide customers through their journey during significant home improvements, such as kitchen and bathroom replacements, adaptions, roof renewals, and boiler installations.

 

Your role will be the face of Eastlight, offering support to customers before, during, and after works. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure seamless operations and keep accurate work records.

 

The Resident Liaison Officer/Administrator

 

  • You will act as the main point of contact for customers, ensuring they are informed and supported throughout the planned work projects.
  • Assist internal teams and contractors in gaining access for essential inspections and works, managing customer expectations.
  • Perform administrative tasks to support the Planned Works Supervisors and Business Admin Manager.
  • Collaborate with in-house teams and contractors to enhance the customer journey.
  • Ensure timely completion of necessary administrative tasks to facilitate team delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and enquiries as the designated point of contact.
  • Oversee and update the team's work tracker, working with Planned Works Supervisors to plan and schedule works.

  • £29,169 annual salary
  • Permanent Contract
  • Annual wellbeing grant of £200 per annum – Subject to eligibility
  • Group stakeholder pension plan (Eastlight will double, up to 5% of the employee’s contribution - Employee 5% + Eastlight 10% = Total 15%)
